LandscapeExchange attempts to address this with a service where consumers can browse a large library of designs and use pictures to communicate with local service providers on what they want to get done. The communication is done over the internet on your terms, which means you only share what you want with service providers. Get advice, quotes, bids and more*; all for free!

I forgot my password. How can I log in?
You can send a password reset request to the email registered with your account. Unfortunately, your old password cannot be recovered because we store your password with one-way encryption for your security.

How much does LandscapeExchange cost?
It is FREE! If you are a homeowner using LandscapeExchange, it will not cost you a single dime at any time to use.

How does LandscapeExchange operate if it does not cost anything to use?

One of the great features to LandscapeExchange is that our homeowners will have the ability to turn on or turn off their information from being viewed by Professionals and Contractors. This way you can continue saving pictures and browsing our site with the up-most of privacy. But if and when you decide it is time to get that job done, just turn whichever projects you want to work on!

How do I load the pictures of my property on to LandscapeExchange and where do they go?
After you sign up for an account, you can go to ACCOUNT > MY PROPERTY to add photos to give service providers a more accurate view of what they have to work with.

Can I make changes to my account after I create it?
Yes. Once you have created your account with LandscapeExchange, you can log into your account at anytime to edit your information. This goes for any written text and also pictures that you may have uploaded.

How are contractors/professionals going to contact me?
By default, you will get an email every time a contractor contacts you about one of your active "Saved Favorites". However, you can change the frequency of the emails by going to ACCOUNT.

Does it matter where I live for using LandscapeExchange?
Currently, LandscapeExchange is available in the United States.

Can I just use LandscapeExchange for looking at pictures/ideas?
Yes! LandscapeExchange was built to provide inspiration for homeowners.
